In this 4 week course we will explore:

*Where our Aura is located and how to actually see it.
*We'll examine the different layers of the Aura and the Chakra system.
*We will touch on the dimensions and how our Auras connect us with other realms.
*We will examine the idea of sacred geometry and how it makes up our energetic world.
*We will discover how our energy is affected by the things that surround us as well as by our own thoughts and feelings.
*We will learn how to ground, protect and clear your energy and the areas you live and dwell in as well as how to raise your own vibration.
*We will learn how to project or send energy to other places and people.
* We will examine the idea of Astral Projection and the pros and cons of doing that.
The class will also cover a few exercises you can use to feel, see and experience Auras in new way.
Participants will also have free access to guided meditations on Grounding, Clearing and Protecting your Energy.
