The Journey of the Soul - 'Our Life Between Lives' 8 Class Workshop Series:
This series is focused on viewing our lives from our soul’s perspective and examining the process the Soul goes through in learning from the lives we choose and the people and situations we experience life with.
We will breakdown the Journey our souls go through and examine how all of our lifetime experiences are opportunities for us to grow and experience our life’s purpose. We will work with numerology, astrology and past life regression as tools to explore and learn about our soul’s purpose and our karma. Class times are 6:30pm to 8:30pm at Echo Bodine's Center in Richfield, Mn.

1. Origin of the Soul–Source, soul identity, essence -Thur. Sept. 24th
2. Soul Groups and Guides– Soul family, guides, spiritual support - Thur. Oct. 1st.
3. The Between-Life Realm – Healing, review, reconnection - Thur. Oct. 15th
4. Pre-Birth Planning- Soul themes, life design, free will- Thur. Oct. 22nd
5. Entering Earth School– Embodiment, forgetting, human lessons - Thur. Oct. 29th
6. Karma, Contracts, and Relationships– Patterns, agreements, relational growth - Thur. Nov. 5th
7. Death, Life Review, and Return- Transition, reflection, soul continuity -Thur. Nov. 12th
8. Awakening to Your Soul Purpose- Integration, calling, embodiment - Thur. Nov. 19th
Program Overview
This 8-week series takes participants on a structured journey through the soul’s path:
- Source and where the soul originates -
- How it evolves in the spiritual realm
- How soul groups and guides support growth
- What happens between lifetimes
- How pre-birth choices may shape incarnation
- Why Earth can be understood as a school for soul development
- How karma, relationships, and soul agreements function as learning experiences
- How death, life review, and return may fit within a larger arc of consciousness
- How to awaken to soul purpose in present-day life
How I Lead This Workshop
For over 20 years, I have guided people into the depths of their own consciousness through past life regression, energy healing, and spiritual intuitive work. That experience shapes everything about this series.
I know how to hold space for what emerges. I teach through direct experience, not doctrine. I recognize soul patterns because I have witnessed them across thousands of sessions. And I keep the work grounded — deep, but never unmoored from real life.
Each class combines spiritual teaching with a guided inner journey, drawn from the same techniques I use in my private practice. You will explore, reflect, and integrate — not just learn about the soul, but begin to live from it.
My role is not to be your guru. It is to help you become your own clearest guide.
